Orchids, along with bamboo, plum blossom and chrysanthemum are considered the Four Noble Plants, each with their own special meaning in Chinese culture. It is more important for the values it represents including strong friendship, long life, high morals, and prosperous offspring. These photos were taken in Hong Kong and Singapore.
